Thanks for posting the link to Sandor Katz&#039;s sauerkraut method.

I have learnt a lot just from watching those few minutes.

I have made fermented veges. using whey. I see Sandor is just using salt. 

It looks so easy and yummy too, with health benefits!

Thanks for the Lacto Fermented Hibiscus &amp; Rosehip Soda recipe.

I will definitely make this recipe soon.

I like the fact that it is a source of Vitamin C. This is an important vitamin which I understand needs to be consumed regularly as the body does not store it in the body.

An added bonus is that I am sure it is a nice drink.

Love the photos also.
